Creating a New Username and Password:

1.) Visit our homepage at www.learningupgrade.com

2.) Click on ‘New User’ and select ‘Teachers & Schools’

3.) Fill out the required information and click submit

LU Training: Creating a New Class and Adding Students

 

Creating a New Class and Adding Students:

1.) Log in to your teacher account and navigate to the Teacher Menu

2.) Type the name of your class into the box for Create New Class and click the ‘Create” button

3.) To create an individual student account, click “Add New Student”, and fill in the required fields

-If you leave the Username and/or Password field blank, one will be generated for you

4.) To create multiple student accounts at once, click ‘Add Multiple New Students’

5.) Make sure that you enter/import your student names in a way that matches ‘Name Format’, and fill in the rest of the requred fields

-If you leave the Username and/or Password field blank, one will be generated for you

6.) Click Enroll

 

LU Training: Adding Courses to a Student Account

 

Adding Courses to a Student Account:

1.) Log in to your teacher account and navigate to the Teacher Menu

2.) For an individual student, click ‘Add Course’ next to the student name, select the course, enter the course code, and click ‘Enroll in Course’

3.) To add courses to multiple students at once, click on “Add Courses”

4.) In ”Add Courses”, you’ll enter your course code, choose a course to add, select which student to add the course to, and click ‘Add Course to Marked’

LU Training: Edit the Level of a Student Course

 

Edit the Level of a Student Course:

1.) Log in to your account and navigate to the ‘Teacher Menu’

2.) For an individual student, click on ‘Edit’ next to their course in the Teacher Menu.

3.) To edit an entire class, click on ‘Manage Courses’

4.) Enter your Student Course Code, enter the desired number into ‘Set Level to:’, and click ‘Set Marked Levels’

LU Training: Printing Passwords and Parent Letters

 

Printing Passwords and Parent Letters:

1.) Log in to your account and navigate to the ‘Teacher Menu’

2.) Click on ‘Show Passwords’ to view student usernames and passwords in your browser

3.) Click ‘Print Passwords’ to display a printable passwords page

4.) A Parent Letter in English and Spanish can be found on the Print Passwords page

LU Training: Adding a Teacher Whiteboard Course

 

Adding a Teacher Whiteboard Course:

1.) Log in to your teacher account and navigate to the ‘Teacher Menu’

2.) Click on ‘Add Teacher Course’

3.) Select the desired course, enter your Teacher Course Code, and enter your name

4.) Click “Add Teacher Whiteboard Course”

LU Training: Removing a Course from a Student Account

 

Removing a Course from a Student Account:

1.) Log in and access the ‘Teacher Menu’

2.) Click on ‘Manage Courses’

3.) Enter your student course code

4.) Set the filter to view students and select which courses you would like to remove

5.) Click ‘Archive Marked’
